Procedure Details

Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, physically takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at contact@franc1884.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Article 2 – Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return or hand over the goods to Philippe FRANC, 16 rue Henri de Savornin, 84160 LOURMARIN – FRANCE, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.


Article 3 – Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


Article 4 – Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Article 5 – Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@franc1884.com and send your item to: Philippe FRANC, 16 rue Henri de Savornin, 84160 LOURMARIN – FRANCE.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
